Ophelia Gown

A masterpiece of a gown you have to see to fully appreciate, this magnificent champagne and pastel colored wedding gown from the Timeless Collection is designed for those unabashedly feminine brides with a fashion flair. Gold Chantilly lace and ecru chiffon layers underneath, Ophelia's lavish botanical accents cascade over the softly structured bodice and flowing skirt into an epic lace-edged train. As if plucked from a secret garden, this dreamy couture creation showcases a kiss of color with lavender embroidery and soft blue, green and buttercup 3-D flowers embellished with beads and pearls. This painterly gown is a true beauty in any realm.

Available in full color as shown, or in all Ivory.

    The Process

    FIRST APPOINTMENT

Make wishlist prior to your appointment. Our bridal consultants will pull the gowns you want to try. We'll recommend veils, accessories, and answer any questions! We appreciate you visiting the salon at least 6-9 months ahead of your wedding date.

    SECOND APPOINTMENT

Many brides purchase at their first appointment, but you are also welcome to come back for another try on. When you're ready to purchase, we'll take your measurements as well as a 50% deposit.

    PREPARING YOUR GOWN

After we take a deposit, we begin preparing your custom gown! We'll start on the embroidery and order your custom lace from the finest European mills.

    3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

3 months before your wedding date you'll come back to the salon to try on your gown for the first time! This will be your first alterations appointment.

    6-8 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

Come back for your second alterations appointment and have your gown perfectly fine tuned before your big day!

    FAQs
Can I have my order in time for my wedding/special event?

Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery. If you need your order sooner please contact us before placing your order to see if a rush can be accommodated.

    Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world. Please click here for details.

How do I know what size to order?

Bridal sizing runs a bit differently from ready-to-wear, and depending on your body type and the silhouette of the dress, we may recommend a different size. Please contact us with your bust, waist and hip measurements, along with your height, so that we can advise you on the best size to order.

    Is gift wrapping available?

All items are beautifully wrapped in an Heirloom gift box. There is no additional charge for this collectible packaging. Please click here for further details.

    Do you accept returns?

Yes we do, however, we do not accept returns on made to order items. For more details please visit our RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY page.

How should I clean/care for my Heirlooms?

We highly recommend that you choose a qualified dry cleaner to professionally hand wet clean, or expertly dry clean all Heirlooms. The delicate laces, embroideries, trims and embellishments need expert care to avoid damage. Veils and delicate tulle should never be ironed, but a steamer may be used to release wrinkles. J. Scheer & Company ships nationwide, and is our preferred US preservationist for warranted care.

Why is an item no longer available?

Many of the items are limited edition, and only a special few will be produced. Once the material is gone, an item may be discontinued. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
