SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIME FOR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Claire Pettibone Wedding dresses, Heirloom bridal veils, accessories and lingerie are all made to order in our Los Angeles atelier by our in-house team of skilled artisans. Due to fluctuations in material availability and the time required for craftsmanship, orders may take from 4 - 12 weeks to complete and ship. Please note, payments will be processed in full, including shipping charges if applicable, at the time your order is placed. 

RUSH ORDERS

We understand that you may be ordering an item for a specific date or occasion. If the delivery time indicated on the item is past your event date, please contact us to see if we may be able to accommodate an expedited production and shipping schedule for an additional fee. 

SHIPPING

We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately. If an item is not included with your first shipment, you will receive a back-order notification. If an item is sold out or becomes unavailable, you will be notified within ten(10) days of placing your order and refunded in full. All orders will ship as stated below.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship via UPS ground service within the continental USA. Domestic shipping is for valid addresses in the 50 United States, Guam and Puerto Rico. Expedited shipping may be selected. Cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All deliveries outside of the 50 United States, Guam and Puerto Rico will be shipped via DHL Express. The cost will be calculated at checkout + a 5% handling fee. Transit time will be calculated at checkout. 

TAXES & DUTIES

International Orders are shipped FOB Los Angeles. Product prices listed in US dollars do NOT include Duty and taxes, which are determined by the customs agency within the destination country, and will be due when your shipment arrives. We are required by law to declare the full amount of the invoice and the entire contents of the package on the customs declaration form and accompanying invoice. The recipient is responsible for payment of import taxes, and the existence of any tax, Duties or VAT will not be grounds to return your purchase. Your items may be held at customs until this payment is made. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more detailed information before placing your order.

When ordering a wedding dress from one of our preferred International stockist, please be aware that the prices quoted from them include freight, duties and import taxes.The price from the authorized retailer in your country will be less than the total price paid online after import cost.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

To protect your purchase, a signature will be required on all shipments. If no adult is available to sign for the package, please indicate in special instructions that you are waiving this service before completing the purchase, and will assume any risk of theft or loss.
