Many of our brides choose vintage settings for their nuptials. With the historic
Ebell of Los Angeles as a backdrop, this gorgeous shoot showcases the
Nera and
Merlot wedding dresses, and I think you'll see why a historic venue makes a perfect pairing with my designs. Planned by
Jessica Valenzuela of Not Jess a Planner and photographed by
Ashley Noelle Edwards this team of creatives produced some timeless wedding inspiration for brides-to-be who plan on getting married in a city setting.

This bride stuns in our couture gown,
Nera. Embellished with ivory, light pink and silver threads, this gown is made for the romantic bride looking for something timeless, yet unique. The silk organza petals frame the jeweled keyhole back, while the silk charmeuse skirt flows and drapes in the most luxurious way, extending into a long train just waiting for a dramatic ceremony entrance. And don't forget a pair of shoes from my capsule collection for Bella Belle... a perfect match!

For a modern touch, incorporate a pop of colorful florals like these from
The Petal Exchange for your city wedding! Adding accents of color (in this case peach and coral) brings a welcome contrast to an otherwise monotone background. These florals bring out the subtle pinks in the Nera gown, emphasizing the delicate details, and bringing a bit of nature into an architectural setting sets the stage for an unforgettable event.

Our
Merlot gown from the Romantique collection makes an elegant statement for the big day. This crepe gown is paired with the most charming flutter sleeves, sheer back, and embellished neckline and waist, perfect for those that want understated beauty from every angle. This is one of my favorite floral appliques... I love how delicate and subtle these blossoms are, not taking anything away from the bride, just adding a little feminine flourish to her beauty.

Our Merlot gown also has a dreamy cathedral length train that will sweep you away, in this case, into the
Ebell's grand ballroom! This venue is a favorite among our Los Angeles brides. Historic and regal, The Ebell provides the perfect setting for a couple that loves a vintage feel, and those photos will forever feel elegant and timeless.

Whether your wedding takes place in the city or not, there's no denying the beauty of historic venues. Add a vintage inspired gown, plus a few personal touches, and voila! Your dream wedding will come to life.

Thanks so much for posting this beautiful shoot! Jess is such a wonderful planner and it was great to work with her again. Ashley’s photos are a dream come true – her style is so romantic. Claire’s gowns are luxurious and have amazing details. It was such a pleasure to paired my veils with them.
The Ebell of LA was the perfect backdrop to bring everything together for this wonderful project. I was honored to be a part of it!
