A Riviere (pronounced riv-ee-air) is a choker-style necklace made in a continuous line of gemstones usually of graduated or equal size - a river of gems. Our custom Guipure lace drapes along the neckline just like a precious necklace on our Riviere wedding dress from The Adorned Collection.
The elegant silver lace bodice is further adorned with dangling trim along the waist, the shoulders, and at the fingertips of the elaborate embroidered cuffs of these stunning pouf sleeves. Finished with a sweeping silk skirt and a flowing long train, this gown will make a dramatic statement.

All Sample Collection gowns are sold as final sale - no returns or exchanges. Please review our return policy before purchasing. HERE
Our samples are in excellent condition. Please contact us with any questions about a specific gown prior to ordering — we're happy to share details about condition, any minor repairs that may be needed, or fit guidance.
Our Sample Collection includes a variety of discontinued Claire Pettibone styles, and even some one-of-a-kind designs available in limited sizes. Please note that current collection gowns are not available here and must be ordered through one of our authorized salons.
Keep in mind that wedding gown sizing runs small. If you typically wear a size 6 to 8, we recommend a size 10 wedding gown. Our size 4 runway samples fit a size 0 to 2. A gown can always be made smaller with alterations but not larger — please contact us with fit questions before ordering.
Any cleaning, repairs, or alterations needed to achieve your perfect fit — including taking in the gown, adjusting length, sewing in cups, or bustling the train — are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend working with an experienced bridal tailor.
