SALONS
Our eCommerce shop is ideal for brides who do not have a salon near them, but if possible, we recommend you purchase your bridal gown through one of the amazing salons who carry our collection. Nothing can replace the personal touch, and these salons have the latest collections for you to see and try on in person. In addition, they may offer alterations packages, styling assistance, (and maybe even some champagne!) for an unforgettable pre-wedding experience to be shared with family and friends. ORDERS
We ask that you review your order carefully prior to completion, as it cannot be modified once submitted. Please note, payments will be processed in full, including shipping charges if applicable, at the time your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is fulfilled.
If you need help with sizing, selecting colors, or have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are located in California, where our bridal stylists are available to live-chat, or by phone 855-840-7917 during our regular office hours Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am – 6:00pm PST. TAXES & DUTIES
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California. Orders shipped outside of California will not be assessed sales tax, however, you may be subject to reporting and paying sales tax on your purchase. Out of state clients are responsible for determining if sales tax should be paid to their respective tax authorities.
International Orders are shipped FOB Los Angeles. Clients are responsible for all Duty and VAT payments required for importing. Please review our Delivery and Shipping information HERE
