A garden wedding? I'm in! Here's an elegant, timeless, dream of a day with our bride Lydia, who found her wedding dress with our wonderful stockist Gee June Bridal in upstate New York. Add an adorable fur baby, romantic florals set amidst nature's beauty, along with this gorgeous couple (and of course our bride in her Timeless Victoriana wedding dress) and the stage is set for an unforgettable wedding day. The preparations begin by getting ready with mom - how irresistible are these smiles, and how gorgeous is this mother-daughter duo?! Our bride chose the Victoriana gown made of the finest silk and one of my signature Guipure embroideries. This design has an intricate scalloped edge border with a geometric motif and rows of lace "fringe" that give the dress some beautiful movement. The softly structured bodice flows into a dramatic long train, just perfect for strolls along the lawn and gorgeous photo ops for our couple. This vintage inspired gown can feel a bit Victorian with a nod to the 1920's and a modern strapless silhouette to keep it timeless.
How elegant are these two? From first look to ceremony, you can just feel the love and joy captured so beautifully by Michelle Turek Photography. With decor this gorgeous, I'm sure their guests were just as thrilled to attend this stunning reception as our sweet couple! Designed with an open air tent and soft blush florals by Michaleen's Weddings & Plants, it's time to get this garden party started!
Who can resist a fur baby?! I was never really a dog person until my husband convinced me to add a sweet rescue pup to our family, and now every time I see couples incorporating their dogs into their weddings, I have to admit it makes me smile. Bridesmaids in soft blush to go with our bride's stunning bouquet...this wedding is so romantic! Let's just take a moment to talk about our bride's accessories. In this case, a customized version of our Vicky capelet showing off that beautiful lace fringe and Guipure lace collar. This embroidered tulle piece is designed to be worn with a strapless gown to cover the shoulders. Whether you choose to wear it for modesty in a religious ceremony, or for a bit of cover when the reception gets chilly, or just for a wow factor as you walk down the aisle, a cape can be a stunning addition to your wedding ensemble. Lydia also chose our Kristene lace edged waterfall tulle veil, and all we can say is, STUNNING! Congratulations Lydia, and thank you Gee June Bridal for being such a great partner in taking care of our brides!
