We’ll start with the silk skirt, draped and effortlessly flowing into a cathedral length train, and now let’s get to the icing on the cake…that bodice!
French tulle embroidery with ivory, blush and silver threads designed in a very Victorian motif framed with a gorgeous hand-beaded keyhole back. Swarovski crystals, pearls, lace flowers and sequins, this back is quintessential Claire, and Nera is simply stunning.
Shown in Ivory with Blush flowers, this gown can also be ordered with all Ivory embroidery. The sumptuous double-face silk charmeuse skirt is shown in Pearl, and is available in any of our silk colors.

Our samples are in excellent condition, however please contact us with questions regarding a specific gown prior to ordering, so that we can explain any minor flaws or repairs that may be needed. Our inventory includes a variety of discontinued Claire Pettibone styles, and even some one-of-a-kind designs in limited sizes. Sorry, current collection gowns are not available here, and must be ordered through one of our authorized salons.
Keep in mind that wedding gown sizing runs small. If you usually wear a size 6 to 8, we would recommend a size 10 wedding gown. Our size 4 runway samples fit a size 0-2. A gown can always be made smaller with alterations, but not larger, so please keep this in mind, and contact us with fit questions before ordering.
If any cleaning or repairs are needed, they are the responsibility of the customer. Any alterations needed to achieve the perfect fit, length, sewing in cups, and bustling the train, are also the responsibility of the customer. Alterations should be performed by an experienced bridal tailor.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your selections, but if you are not entirely satisfied, our return policy is as follows: A request for the return must be made within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Email returns@clairepettibone.com with the order number and reason for the return. If the exchange or return is approved, we must receive your return within 7 days from the approved request. All merchandise labels and tags need to be attached on the item with no signs of wear or cleaning. All original branded packaging must accompany the returned item to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
RESTOCKING CHARGE
We understand circumstances may result in needing to return merchandise after the period specified above in our return policy, if this the case, we can accept the return with a 25% restocking charge. To request this option, follow the return procedures as stated below.

Wedding dresses, bridal veils, and bridal accessories are made to order exclusively to your size, length and color specifications, therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage you contact one of our stylists either by phone, email or live chat before completing your purchase.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We encourage you to check the item(s) carefully when you receive them and inform us within 3 days of any damage or faults. Please contact us via email returns@clairepettibone.com with the order number and description of damage or defect. Unless these procedures are followed, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund for defective items.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Please email returns@clairepettibone.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue you a RMA. Repackage the items in the original box. You are responsible for the cost of returning. Be sure to include all original packaging. Make sure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the return packaging.
REFUND, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT
Once your returned item is received and accepted, refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Exchanges will be shipped within 3 days after the return is received. Store credits will be issued and posted your account. Credits can be applied to another purchase.
