BUST - Measure the fullest part of your bust while wearing a supportive, unpadded bra. Do not pull the tape measure too tight - just enough to fit snuggly.
WAIST - Measure the narrowest part of your waist. For most women, this is about an inch above the navel.
HIPS - Measure the fullest part of your hips and bum. This is usually below the hip bones, about nine inches below the waist.
